Prep time: 10 minutes 
Yield: 5 1/2 cups of All Purpose Gluten Free Flour 

This gluten free flour blend should work for most recipes that call for all purpose flour. 

Ingredients: 

  • 3  c  Sweet Brown Rice Flour

  • 1 c  Potato Starch

  • 1  c  White Rice Flour

  • 1/2 c  Tapioca Flour 

  • 2 tsp Xanthan Gum (I’ve included some substitutes in the notes section.)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredient well.
  2. Store until needed.

Notes
Substitutes for xanthan gum include: arrowroot powder (3 tsp), guar gum (2 tsp), and psyllium husk powder (3 tbsp).
