Yield: 5 1/2 cups of All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
This gluten free flour blend should work for most recipes that call for all purpose flour.
Ingredients:

3 c Sweet Brown Rice Flour

1 c Potato Starch

1 c White Rice Flour

1/2 c Tapioca Flour

2 tsp Xanthan Gum (I’ve included some substitutes in the notes section.)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredient well.
- Store until needed.
Notes
Substitutes for xanthan gum include: arrowroot powder (3 tsp), guar gum (2 tsp), and psyllium husk powder (3 tbsp).
